Interesting to note:

Chase Pond, a tidal pond adjacent to the property and near the Bay, is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Swan, duck, seagulls, heron, geese, and other birds abound. Osprey nest at the inlet to the harbour. Hawks and eagle soar above the property.

Major highways are minutes away, making the trip to Washington, Baltimore, and the BWI airport just a short commute.

The 1600’ sandy beach is one of the best in this area.

This is a fabulous location to witness the annual “Blue Angels” aerial show each May for the graduating class of the naval academy. Fireworks can also be enjoyed from our vantage point at “The Villages of Chesapeake Harbour.”
